License (Registration) information delivery

We deliver the license (registration) information by email sales@softfields.com.
Our sales engine is completely integrated with Plimus.com,
RegNow.com, and ShareIt.com.
It means the license information will be sent to you immediately (automatically) after our server will receive your order from the reseller.
Please note, after your payment has been received by the reseller, one can send your order to our server
with some delay (sometimes up to 1.5 hour).

If within 2 hours after your order has been approved by reseller you have not received the registration email,
it means we cannot contact you.

Sometimes it is related to the incorrect e-mail address which you have entered to order form.

More often it is related to anti-spam software used by you and/or your mail server.
